General conditions:

  • All gift cards include the drink.
  • The packs with night, have a bottle of wine D.O. Empordà of gift and breakfast included.
  • Any of the gift cards have an expiration date of 3 months.
  • Once the gift card is received, the lucky person will have to call (+34 972 50 12 50) or send mail to Duran Hotel Restaurant to formalize the reservation (duran@hotelduran).
  • Gift card sent by mail.
  • Hotel Restaurant Duran will not replace the Gift Card in case of theft, loss, misplacement or damage.
  • The resolution of any conflict that may occur in relation to the Gift Card will be resolved in accordance with Spanish legislation.
  • Gift Cards obtained illegally will be null and void and cannot be used.
